Levi Taylor (Chairman / Creative Director)

The Company was founded by Levi A. Taylor. Mr Taylor is a life long Alaskan who grew up with roots in touring theatre, and has been nurturing a passion for filmmaking over 20 years. Mr Taylor has been taking notes on his unique life story since he was 16 years old. For over ten years he has outlined an epic series that matches the volumes of content produced by authors like J.K. Rowling and Stephanie Meyer, who both rose from obscurity with their works Harry Potter and Twilight. Through his creative expertise, multi-layered vision, and with help from his qualified team, Mr Taylor is working towards providing a platform that allows his local art scene to pursue professional dreams in the land they love. And above all else, Levi aims to capture the true spirit of the last frontier, illustrating to the world what this story might mean to them.

His unique life experience helps series creator Levi A. Taylor expand his world of the North, while also offering insight to how mental and physical disabilities play a role in ones life.
Garret Martin (Artistic Director)

Garrett Martin is the Artistic Director for Crooked Pictures. He grew up on a homestead in the Kenai Peninsula, and has dreamed of designing a graphic novel since childhood. Ultimately, his love of visual art earned Garrett an associates degree at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh in Industrial Design Technology-- with an emphasis on special effects for film. In 2007, Garrett received an invitation from Levi Taylor to be the Art Director for his breakthrough, multi-award winning, short film Way Up North. Since then, Levi and Garrett have teamed up to make their childhood dream a reality. They are currently producing an ebook graphic novel inspired by Levi’s creative series. They have a goal of reproducing the novel series in live action, in Alaska, fueled by Garrett’s artistic vision.
